About Mission Control Networks
Mission
Control Networks was founded in April 2005 by
Steve Jamele to provide a turn-key, full featured
computer and network service to small and medium sized
businesses. The business grew slowly for the first
year or so, but in the spring of 2007 the company began
to hit its stride with some great customers.
The 2006 was a "break out"
year for the company, with the addition of a comprehensive managed services program, a first-class
service and work order management system, and for the first
time, a concerted strategy to add new customers and retain
existing ones.
The company
continues to grow and expand with the addition of 2 more
Microsoft Certified technical specialists and a 24/7 Network
Monitoring team, but we have remained 100% customer
focused during our growth. Even as we have added new
technology , customer satisfaction is at an all-time
high. We're more responsive than ever, and customers rave
about us to their friends and colleagues.

Steve
Jamele is the founder and President of Mission
Control Networks. He is a Microsoft Certified
Professional, Microsoft Small Business Specialist
Certified, and Cisco CCNA Certified.
Steve's career spans nearly 25
years, including positions at both small and larger
companies and a tour in the U.S. Navy on both diesel
and nuclear submarines as an electronics technician. Prior to founding
Mission Control Networks, he
was the Senior System Engineer for an IP telephony
and data integration company based out of
Manchester, NH. His duties included all
aspects of computers and networking across the
company's many work sites at many New
Hampshire area companies and schools.
Steve previously served as a Tech
Support specialist for Nova Data Electronics, a
company involved in installation and maintenance of
sophisticated data connectivity and Voice-over- IP projects for
mid/large sized companies. This
position gave Steve a high-level view of the daily
operations of a wide variety of technologies used by
various businesses to compete in today's
marketplace. It is here that Steve got the initial
idea for an IT services company to serve the
specific need of companies who do not have these
talents in-house.
Prior to Nova, Steve was a Quality Control Engineer
for Raytheon Corp. communications division.
He was also a Field Service Engineer for General Datacomm, providing data communication products and
services to business customers such as Siemens,
3Com, IBM, Fleet Bank, and Shawmut Bank. |
